Like many events, there are no second chances, and the people speaking must be clearly heard throughout the audience, otherwise, whatever the Powerpoint looks like, or how fantastic the stage lighting is, won’t mean a thing!

Our philosophy since day one is get this right! Now this may sound like an obvious thing to do, shouldn’t it all be done right? But in todays world of diminishing budgets, and more competition, getting this part right first means not compromising on the technical equipment. To this end, we use the very best microphones money can buy, from Shure, AKG and DPA. Where our competitors may be happy with a couple of lectern mics, we won’t! Too many times, we have done rehearsals where the main speaker is a seasoned professional. The lectern mics are set, and all is perfect. Then a guest speaker turns up who is not confident, and starts walking around, or mumbling. To us, this person is every bit important than the keynote speaker, as it is too, his (or her!) big day, and what they have to say should be treated with as much respect and attention to detail as all the others.

With this in mind, we use combinations of lecterns, radio handheld’s and discreet headworn mics, to obtain the very best audio quality that you can have. When talking to a client about a conference, it is this part that we start with first, and this part that get the least ‘tweaking’ when it comes to looking at the budgets, and inevitably trying to reduce areas of supply.
